Family Class

Description:

The family class is a wonderful opportunity for families to bond, with children and their parents training together. Students of all levels train simultaneously yet at their own pace. There is also an option for adults to go to adult classes and children to go to children’s classes. Progressing through the ranked belt levels gives adults and children a sense of achievement and self-confidence. Strength, coordination and athletic ability will improve.

Schedule: Friday 5:45pm *Only parents with kid. We welcome to try your class.

Beginner Class

  • Develop focus and listening skills

  • Improve grades at school
Description:

From beginners through to Black Belt children progress at their own rate. Workings towards each progressive ranked belt children achieve focus, self-confidence and coordination. Respect and discipline are emphasized whilst having fun. Children gain a great sense of achievement as they try their best and see results from their efforts. Mind and body training will affect other areas of their lives and school work often improves.

Description:

Customized and personal training Highly motivated instructor in a ONE-ON-ONE ENVIRONMENT provides the ultimate training experience. You select the master of your choice and there is no limit to the number of private lessons you choose to make a part of your training.

Class will 30min, 60min.

Description:

For a great workout, self-defense techniques and to alleviate stress the adult and teen class is excellent. Progressing at your own rate from beginners to black belt you will increase in strength, flexibility and endurance. We encourage students to empty their minds and let go of the pressure of the day. By focusing in our training you will improve your concentration and achieve peace of mind.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 1pm & Evening class.
